Nytavia N. Lee is currently the senior Intellectual Property Paralegal at SHERMAN IP. She assists the Patent Prosecution Department with preparing and coordinating filings to the United States Patent and Trademark Office; drafting client documents, agreements and transactional materials; managing document creation and client materials and information; drafting client records and maintaining legal information, discovery document review and database maintenance; managing new client and case intake; managing patent prosecution high priority deadlines; calendaring all deadlines that pertain to patent prosecution; and overseeing and training Intellectual Property clerks and Trademark Administrative Assistants on daily administrative duties.
Nytavia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration emphasis in Business Law from California State University, Northridge in 2011. While attending California State University, Northridge, she worked for an Immigration Law Firm as a legal assistant for three and half years. Nytavia also worked at the California Status University Emeritus and Retired Faculty Association as an Administrative Assistant for three years.
In her personal time, Nytavia is planning her wedding to her junior high sweetheart. Nytavia is also an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family.
