Training/Mentoring

Sherman IP has designed a customizable training program for new hires, and provides an encouraging and constructive environment that enables each new attorney and staff candidate to perfect their skill set. Every candidate undergoes a tailored training program coordinated around monthly benchmarks which are agreed upon and developed with their team. The program is focused on achieving preselected skill levels. Each candidate is assisted and provided collaborative guidance from their teammates with a designated Mentor.
