In order to qualify for this time sensitive offer, Sherman IP LLP must have all client information and materials so that the filing may be completed by February 17, 2026. The Sherman IP invoice must also be paid on or before February 17, 2026, for this offer to be redeemed. After February 17, 2026, Sherman IP clients should anticipate a return to our normal fee schedule. In issuing further invoices, Sherman IP Staff will assess the likelihood that a filing will be able to be completed before February 17, 2026, in quoting or invoicing any specific filing. That means our team will be asking you whether you actually have the materials and other items/information showing you are ready to file. The closer we get to February 17, 2026, the less likely it is that your filing will be completed by that date to qualify for reduced fees.
Likewise, any previous outstanding flat fee invoices quoted through Sherman IP LLP’s Control Legal practice platform, which include this offer, will EXPIRE ON February 17, 2026 if they have not already been paid before that date. Don’t wait to take advantage of this offer!
