Duties and Expertise

Nytavia N. Lee is currently the Trademark Practice Manager at SHERMAN IP. She supports the SHERMAN IP attorneys in domestic and international trademark prosecution management. She assist in trademark application process, prosecution and portfolio management. She is the primary contact and coordinator for our clients and foreign counsel for trademarks, copyrights and litigation matters.

Nytavia is also responsible calendaring all deadlines that pertain to trademark prosecution; and overseeing and training Intellectual Property clerks and paralegals on daily administrative duties.

Education and Other Professional Experience

Nytavia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration emphasis in Business Law from California State University, Northridge in 2011. While attending California State University, Northridge, she worked for an Immigration Law Firm as a legal assistant for three and half years. Nytavia also worked at the California Status University Emeritus and Retired Faculty Association as an Administrative Assistant for three years.
